Written in plain language on purpose. Short version: if the Deep Report disappointed you, email us within 14 days and we’ll refund you.

What you’re buying

The Huesona Deep Report is a one-time digital purchase — not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, and buying it does not create an account or sign you up for anything.

Our refund promise

If the report disappointed you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you — you don’t need to justify it. Because the report is delivered instantly as a personalized link, we can’t “take it back,” so our refunds simply run on trust. We’d rather refund a disappointed reader than keep a grudging sale.

How to request a refund

Email support@huesona.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your purchase receipt. A short note is all we need — no forms, no hoops.

Lost or broken report links

If your report link ever stops working, that’s on us. Email us and we’ll re-send it at no charge — a broken link is never a reason to buy again. Keep your purchase receipt, since your report lives at a personalized link rather than behind an account.

Who processes your payment and refund

Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for the Deep Report. Paddle is the seller shown on your receipt and processes the refund once we approve it; standard Paddle buyer terms also apply.
